Retro Arcade
Reflex-driven action with an 80s cabinet feel.
What is RetroMind Arcade?
A collection of fast, replayable arcade, puzzle, math, memory, reaction and word games, built so that opening the app and playing something takes two taps — or one, if you use the I’m Bored button.
Every game keeps its own high score per difficulty, and the app tracks a level, a daily streak and 37 achievements across everything you play. A daily challenge picks one game and one goal, and changes at midnight.
It was built to be opened for ninety seconds in a queue as easily as for half an hour on a sofa. Nothing is gated behind a purchase, because there are no purchases.
These are games for entertainment and practice. They make no medical or cognitive claims.

Seven shelves
All 50 games are grouped into seven categories, so the app has something for a thirty-second gap and something for a long wait.
Reflex-driven action with an 80s cabinet feel.
Take your time. Find the move that works.
Arithmetic under a clock.
Hold it in your head, then prove it.

From the library
Every game listed here ships in the app. There are 50 in total — these are a cross-section.
The full list
Nothing here is coming soon or planned. This is the shipped library, generated from the app's own catalog.

The RetroMind Arcade home dashboard showing the player level, the I’m Bored button and the daily challenge
Why this one
Short sessions, no friction, and nothing asking you for money or an email address.
The dashboard launches any game in two taps. The I’m Bored button picks one and starts it in one.
Every game, score and achievement works offline. The app requests no permissions and has no network access at all.
Arcade, puzzle, math, memory, reaction, word and logic — so a session can be reflexes or deduction, whichever you are in the mood for.
Easy through Expert on every game, with scores weighted so a hard run outranks an easy one on the same board.
High scores, statistics, levels and streaks are saved on your device. No account, and nothing uploaded anywhere.
A daily challenge that rolls over at midnight, 37 achievements with real progress, and a streak that rewards short, regular sessions.
Get it
RetroMind Arcade is free. The download is a standard Android APK, installed directly rather than through the Play Store.
Free download
50 games in one app. Plays offline, with no account, no adverts and no tracking.
Installing
The same steps shown before the download, kept here so you can find them again afterwards.
Your browser may ask you to confirm the download. The file is about 22 MB.
Tap it in your browser’s downloads, or find it in your Files app under Downloads.
Because this app does not come from Google Play, Android will ask whether to allow installs from your browser. Grant it only if you trust this source, and turn it off again afterwards if you prefer.
Tap Install and wait for it to finish.
That’s it — no account, no setup, no connection needed.
Android shows a warning for any app installed outside the Play Store, regardless of what the app does. It is telling you that it has not vetted the file — not that this file is unsafe. Only install APKs from sources you trust, and leave your device’s security protections switched on.
Questions
The things worth knowing about installing an app this way.
RetroMind Arcade requests no permissions at all and has no network access — it does not hold Android's INTERNET permission, so it cannot send anything anywhere even if it wanted to. That said, you should apply the same caution to any APK: only install files from a source you trust, and keep your device's security protections switched on. If you would rather wait for a Play Store listing, that is a perfectly reasonable choice.
It is an independent release and has not been submitted to Play. A direct APK means it can be shared immediately, without a review queue or a developer account. A Play listing may follow.
Android shows that warning for every app installed outside the Play Store, whatever the app does. It means Android has not vetted the file — not that the file is known to be dangerous. You can allow the install for your browser, then turn that permission off again afterwards.
It needs Android 7.0 and newer. The download is built for 64-bit ARM devices, which covers effectively every Android phone sold in the last several years. It is about 22 MB installed.
No. All 50 games, every score, the daily challenge and all achievements work with no connection. The app has no online features at all.
Neither. There is no advertising SDK, no purchase flow, no subscription and no "premium" tier. Every game is available from the moment you install it.
Everything stays on your device — there is no account and nothing is uploaded. That also means progress is not backed up: uninstalling the app, clearing its data, or using the reset option in Settings will remove it permanently.
The app is built with a cross-platform framework and the iOS project is configured, but it has not been submitted to the App Store yet. The iOS button above will become a working link when it is.
